One account per person, with accurate details. Organizer workspaces are created by our team; you may not attempt to obtain organizer or administrator access by any other route.

No scraping, no bulk export of candidate data, no contacting people outside the routes the platform provides, and no discriminatory role requirements. We suspend accounts that do any of these.

Match scores are a decision aid, not a guarantee of suitability. Hiring decisions and their legal consequences remain with the employer.

A placement fee becomes payable when a hire made through the platform is confirmed. The basis and amount are recorded against the placement and invoiced separately.

Plans grant a set number of events or unlimited events for a term. Event creation is blocked once a quota is used or a plan lapses. Unused events do not roll over unless agreed in writing.

Video meeting links you add — Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or anything else — are hosted by those providers, not by us. Their terms and privacy practices apply to whatever happens on the call, including any recording.
