Privacy notice

Your name, email, timezone and optional phone number. For job seekers: skills and self-ratings, experience, education, location, salary expectations, working-style answers and any resume you upload. For employers: company details, roles and the skills each role needs.

Employers can see a job seeker's profile when you share an approved event registration, or when you both have a meeting. Job seekers never appear to other job seekers, and employers never see each other's candidates outside their own company team.

Email addresses and phone numbers are locked at the database level. They are released only to you, to a teammate at your own company, or to the other party of a confirmed or completed meeting. A one-sided meeting request never unlocks them, and lookups are rate-limited and logged.

Resumes live in private storage. They are never on the public web and are readable only by employers who already qualify to view your profile, and by our platform administrators for abuse investigations.

You choose whether employers outside your registered events can match with you. It's on by default and you can switch it off at any time from Privacy in your dashboard; matches outside your events stop immediately.

Deleting your account removes you from matching and hides your profile from every employer straight away. Ask us at support@jobcommander.com and we'll confirm when it's done.
