About

Hiring events, run on evidence

Most hiring events are a room full of guesswork. We score every candidate–role pairing before the doors open, so the conversations on the day are the ones worth having.

How the matching works

Every role carries the skills it actually needs, split into required and preferred, each with a weight. Every job seeker rates their own skills and answers a short working-style questionnaire. We combine five signals — hard skills, working style, experience, logistics and industry — using the weighting the employer chose for that role.

If a candidate is missing most of a role's required skills, the score is capped rather than inflated. Both sides can open the breakdown and see exactly which dimension carried the score.

What we don't do

We don't sell candidate data, we don't publish resumes to the open web, and we don't hand out phone numbers or email addresses because two people happened to attend the same event. Contact details unlock only when both people have a confirmed meeting.

Running an event

Organizer workspaces are set up by our team rather than self-signup, so every event has a real person behind it. Tell us the dates and expected size and we'll get you provisioned.
